Editing and Proofreading Services
Prices depend on the type of service required and the number of words in the text you wish to have edited. Below are guidelines for the prices of each service.
SERVICES
Proofreading
Proofreading includes basic spelling and grammar checks as well as obvious checks of accuracy. It is less detailed than editing however it is cheaper and quicker.
50p per 100 words.
25p per 100 words on work totalling over 100,000 words after this point.
Editing
Editing includes the basics as with proofreading but also provides adjustments to the text and checking for consistency throughout. It is more thorough than proofreading and therefore is slightly more expensive and may take longer to be completed.
75p per 100 words.
50p per 100 words on work totalling over 100,000 words after this point.
Prices will generally remain stable however for work that is required by an early deadline, you may be charged more.
